We offer menus at 15,50 €, 23,30 € and 29,50 € as well as a complete menu. Children's menu at 11 €
Our cassoulet is the result of the most meticulous preparation and is made with the best local products : beans, homemade sausages and duck confit.
One pound of smoked pork belly, rind, raw ham and fresh onions are needed for each kilogram of dried beans. The mixture is then simmered in a broth flavoured with spices for several hours, and cooked "au gratin" with sausages and duck confit to bring this delightful dish to your table. Enjoy your meal !
